Had a blast with friends here! We caught an awesome concert nearby and enjoyed the relaxing spa and pool at the hotel. The breakfast spread was great, and the staff were super friendly. Just a heads-up, the restaurant closes early, so plan accordingly!
Only downside was the cramped bathroom. It was a bit tight, but not a major issue for our short stay.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, an indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost barrette during my first stay- caring! I'll definitely return for my business trips.

I spent one night in a Small Double Room. Loved the staff. they were super friendly and helpful. The gym facilities impressed me, and the hydrotherapy bath really helped me unwind. I had a pleasant breakfast with a nice variety of options. the room felt cramped, and the bathroom was tight, making it a bit uncomfortable. The restaurant service had some hiccups during dinner, with a couple of staff members being a bit rude when I asked for cutlery. Breakfast didn’t have hot items replenished quickly enough, leaving limited choices. Still, the overall stay was enjoyable thanks to the good amenities. I might return for the spa and fitness facilities.

Just a fine choice for a weekend stopover in Manchester with value for money. The shower in the bath was one of the best I've ever had. Make sure to ask about air conditioning if you need it.

A Cozy Night's Stay with Room for Improvement
Our one-night stay was a chance to unwind, but the smallness of the room left us feeling a bit cramped. While the leisure facilities were decent, the restaurant's dim ambiance didn't invite much dining. Future guests should check the restaurant menu before planning meals.

missingWrote a review on 18 Maycramped room
The room sizes felt cramped, to the point where the on-suite bathroom seemed larger than the room itself. The double bed squished into the corner left barely 1 foot of walking space around it. For £130 a night, it felt more like a cramped box than a comfortable stay. The leisure facilities depicted on the website didn’t match reality. it seemed like an over-crowded community pool rather than the tranquil escape promised. Navigation from the spa to the pool and back was confusing without clear signage, leaving me fumbling around asking for directions. There were security concerns with the door not shutting properly, adding to the discomfort of an already tight space.

Excellent leisure facilities and friendly staff
I had a fantastic time during my stay, primarily enjoying the well-equipped gym and the relaxing hydrotherapy pool. The staff made my experience even better with their attentive service, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast had a delightful variety, including freshly cooked omelettes which were superb! the room felt a bit cramped for two adults, which might be improved.
